Pankaja Sethi Studio works at grass roots level to create sustainable textile design and is committed to create excellence in design and crafts. Our products are made with hand and delivered with care, maintaining high quality standards.
REFUND
We do not offer refunds on any order placed as products are one of its kind and made by hand.
EXCHANGE.
In order to exchange an item please send us an email right away within 24 hours after receiving the product. We will try to fulfill your order after reviewing the product. You can choose another item from the website. Please note- cost of return will be borne by the customer.
NOTE.
Returned product should reach us in good condition. Please do make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it, with the tags intact. We do not accept returned merchandise if the price-tag is removed. We will strive to process all returns within five working days. Stained, washed, used, ironed garments or saris cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchange requests are subject to the discretion of the ‘Pankaja Sethi’ team
QUALITY
Pankaja Sethi Studio works in collaboration with weavers, craftspeople and home-based women workers who work in rural parts of Odisha and use only handcrafted materials. The irregularity in weave and texture is part the nature of handcraft product and it should not be considered as ‘damaged’ or defect.
